The Notre Dame of Midsayap College Seal was composed by Rev. Fr. Charles Prass, OMI and Capt. Arturo Andrada and designed by Most Rev. Mariano A. Madriaga, D.D.

It is taken from the Holy Gospel according to St. John 17:3, “Now this is everlasting life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Him whom You have sent, Jesus Christ”. This passage is the Oblate motto in their apostolate of evangelizing the poor.
