1. Application for graduation shall be filed at the Registrar's Office at the beginning of the semester where a student expected to graduate.
  2. Candidates for graduation who have not established at least one year residence at NDMC shall be issued the Special Order (SO) but shall not be awarded the College Diploma.
  3. Octoberians/Summerians who wanted to apply are welcome for March graduation. However, they are not allowed to march during graduation unless they were able to finish the required semester.
