Requirements for College Application for Admission:

For Incoming College Freshmen:

           1. Clear picture or scanned copy of Senior High School Card/Form 138 and 2x2 picture with white background/semi-formal attire.

           2. Valid email address and contact number.

           3. The minimum down payment is Php600.00 only. Payments may be done at the Business Office.

Senior High School
Requirements for Incoming Grade 11:

           1. Clear picture or scanned copy of Junior High School Card/Form 138.

           2. Valid email address and contact number.

           3. Minimum down payment of Php600.00 only.

Grade School and Junior High School
Requirements for Incoming K2, Grade 1 and Grade 7:

           1. Clear picture or scanned copy of School Card/Form 138.

           2. Valid email address and contact number.

           3. Minimum down payment of Php600.00 only.
