ADMISSION POLICY

I. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

     A. All applicants for admission to all graduate degree programs must first take the Entrance Examination conducted by the School Guidance Office.

     B. The student applicant for Master’s Degree programs must be a holder of a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from any recognized University/College with a minimum                     Graduate Point Average(GPA) of 83 or higher.

II. ADMISSION DOCUMENTS

    A. An applicant for admission must furnish the NDMC Graduate School with the following documents:

  1. A Student Profile duly accomplished.
  2. Latest Copy of Official Transcript of Records (TOR) marked “Valid for Transfer” or “Issued Upon Request” with Special Order (in case the applicant graduated from a private institution).
  3. A certificate of Honorable Dismissal from the last school attended.
  4. A copy of the Entrance Examination result.
  5. Two (2) passport-sized photographs (1.5 x 2).
  6. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married).
  7. Security Paper from the National Statistics Office.

          a. All documents enumerated above must be in the Graduate School before the start of classes. Submitted documents pertinent to the application become part of the                          School files and shall not be returned to applicant.

    B. The Graduate School Dean shall determine the acceptability of an applicant.

    TRIMESTRAL SCHEME

           NDMC Graduate School adopts a Trimestral Scheme. Courses are completed within three months, Master’s Degrees are finished in two school years. Classes are held during Saturdays & Sundays or in the evenings during weekdays.
