Notre Dame of Midsayap College proudly took part in the CodeChum National Programming Competition held from October 14 to December 10, 2025. After weeks of preparation, the NDMC team successfully passed the first round on November 19, 2025, showcasing their skills, teamwork, and strong enthusiasm for programming.

On November 26, 2025, the team moved on to the next stage of the competition. Although they were unable to advance to the finals, the experience provided valuable exposure to national-level standards and strengthened the students’ determination to grow further in the field of technology.

The delegation was composed of ten talented BSCS students guided by the faculty and Program Head. With the full support of the department, the team confidently represented NDMC on a national stage and gained meaningful insights that will guide their future endeavors.

The competition also served as a formative learning experience, highlighting the importance of collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving, and continuous practice. The event boosted the students’ confidence, deepened their appreciation for programming challenges, and motivated them to pursue greater excellence.

As a next step, the department plans to enhance its training programs by conducting mock competitions, integrating contest-style problems into the curriculum, and encouraging more students to join future programming events. These initiatives aim to strengthen NDMC’s competitive readiness and sustain student growth in technology-driven fields.
