Steps for Online Application

Step 1 - Please provide all necessary information in the online registration form and upload your recent 2x2 picture and a clear copy of your form 138 or report card in a jpeg format. Kinder 2, Grade 1, Grade 7 and Grade 11 are required to submit a soft copy of your PSA Birth Certificate.

Step 2 - Wait for your Dean or Assistant Principal to evaluate your status for admission. After which, you will receive a text message whether or not you are admitted to the specific grade level, strand or course.

Step 3 - You will be given a temporary ID number and payment instructions which will also be sent through a text message. You can settle your down payments through NDMC Business Office or any Mlhuillier branches nationwide.

Step 4 - Upload a clear copy of your payment receipt in jpeg format through this link: https://ndmc.edu.ph/content/payment. Write your name clearly on the receipt. Once payment is received, you will be notified through a text message of your enrollment confirmation.

Step 5 - Kindly wait for your Schoology account which will be given to you on or before August 23, 2021.
