No Covid 19 pandemic could ever dampen the spirit of a longing Notre Damean to celebrate homecoming.

Coming home to celebrate life, success and memories may have been delayed for a while but the level of eagerness and excitement have not diminished but grew stronger until it is time to see each other face to face.

It may felt different to come together amidst restrictions and protocols but as the song goes “forget about the worries on your mind, you can leave them all behind” everyone deserves to have fun – safe and secured.

The Alumni Homecoming 2021 is unique and memorable of its own as the honorees of 2020 joined in a twin celebration with the honorees of 2021.

The Thanksgiving Mass at the Bulwagang Genoveva Deles-Jaranilla , which was attended by the honorees and personnel. was presided by Fr. Alvin Barreto, OMI – the School Chaplain.

The Homecoming Festivity was held at the Mahangin Area of the school.

  • Engr. Ronniel D. Labio, MIT – VP for Academics welcomed everyone in his message highlighting on the essence of homecoming.
  • Mr. Edward Delfin the NDMCAA President challenged everyone on empathizing the situation of others as homecoming does not only capitalize on merry making.

The Opening salvo of the NDMC personnel was a jaw-dropping performance which also featured the NDMC 80th Official Jingle “Grateful and Great.”

Every batch present performed the phase off round of the Grateful and Great Dance Showdown.

It was a fun-filled activity as each batch tried to outwin each other with killer moves and grooves.

Not to mention shrieking batchmates all agog taking photos and videos of a lifetime memory.

Eventually, the winners were declared.

  • Grand Champion: High School Batch 1971
  • First Runner-up: High School Batch 1991
  • Second Runner-up: High School Batch 1981
