What could make one stay in the job amidst exciting opportunities outside the fence with attractive salary? 

This year’s Service Awards and Retirement Program held last February 15 at the Bulwagang Genoveva Deles-Jaranilla was a reaffirmation of loyalty and dedication expressed by the awardees. 

Nineteen service awardees and a lone retiree walked on the green carpet of unparalleled service and dedication. 

Donning their most elegant formal wear, the awardees enjoyed their very special moment as the spotlight of attention beamed unto them.

Plaque of Service Recognition was given to the awardees plus cash incentives from the administration and Rex Bookstore and a special gift from the Faculty and Staff Association.

Fr. Jonathan R. Domingo, OMI-NDMC President, Ms. Eva C. Sison, MPA- HRDMO Director, Dr. Michael M. Bautista- FSA President and Rex Bookstore Representatives handed the plaque, cash incentive and gift to the awardees.

The audience was in stiches between applauses with the special song and dance numbers coming from the service awardees straight from the tiktok embassy. 

A fabulous set up and tasteful menu from Mr. Jes Fabia of Fabio Events and Catering delighted the audience and capped the night with grateful memories.
