Designing a brighter future entails motivation, preparation and intellect.

Such was the case of Class MATALAS ( Matapang, Talino, at Lakas) who took the two-day mock-board examination last January 7and 8.

The exam covers core competencies of the course. Twenty one BSCrim students and thirteen Forensic students took the examination.

The Covid 19 pandemic may have constricted the academic activities but the strong determination of the students proved Covid 19 a pale detractor to success and ultimately becoming a Registered Criminologist.

The mock board exam covers the following subjects:

  • Criminal law 1 & 2
  • Criminal Detection Investigation
  • Forensic
  • Criminal Sociology
  • Criminalistics
  • Law Enforcement Administration
  • Correction Administration

“I feel pressured and blessed for it serves as a new experience that can help me enhance my ability to be prepared for the upcoming board-exam.

It is also a way to refresh our knowledge about our past lessons. It will be a reminder for us to be mentally prepared.”
– Joean Mae P. Dimaano

“I realized that mock-board exam must be taken seriously because it is a way to prepare myself for the board examination.
It will test your knowledge on how far you understood your course lessons. Mock-board exam makes you see forward what your board exam will be like and so I learned that you must carefully read each question.”
– Julius Bryan V. Arradaza
