NDMC celebrates Holy Spirit Mass with inclusive, multi-faith observance
Notre Dame of Midsayap College (NDMC) marked the beginning of Academic Year 2025–2026 with its Holy Spirit Mass on July 18, 2025, at the Bulwagang Genoveva Deles Jaranilla.
Presided over by Fr. Nestor Silva, OMI, the Mass highlighted love as a transformative gift and emphasized education as a lasting investment. The celebration carried the theme “Holy Spirit, strengthen us toward relevant, quality, and holistic education” and was hosted by the College of Education.
Earlier that day, NDMC–Integrated Basic Education (IBEd) held its own Holy Spirit Mass, led by Fr. Ramon Maria G. Bernabe, OMI. Both units observed inclusive practices, with fellowships for non-Catholic students and D’wah sessions for Muslim students held alongside the Catholic mass.
The college celebration also included the induction and oath-taking of the Supreme Student Government (SSG) and Local Student Government (LSG) officers.
Together, the IBEd and College observances reflected NDMC’s continued commitment to faith, leadership, and inclusive education.
