NDMC Celebrates PE Day 2025 with a Fun and Energetic Campus-wide Event

Notre Dame of Midsayap College celebrated PE Day 2025 on October 21, 2025, with the theme “Stronger, Healthier, Happier: Uniting Students Through Fitness, Dance, Sports, and Nutrition.” The event brought together students enrolled in Physical Education courses for a full day of activities that promoted health, teamwork, and camaraderie. Organized and facilitated by the Bachelor of Physical Education (BPED) students, the celebration showcased the spirit of unity across the campus.

The lively morning program began with the Aerobic Dance Challenge, followed by the Pickleball Tournament, which drew enthusiastic cheers from spectators. Nutrition-centered activities also took the spotlight, including the Cooking Event and Food Presentation, culminating in a memorable Boodle Fight that strengthened bonds among participants.

In the afternoon, the gymnasium came alive with the Folk Dance Competition, Team Ballroom Competition, and a dynamic Third World Dance performance. The event concluded with an awarding ceremony honoring winners from each category. Despite minor challenges in preparation, the BPED officers and facilitators ensured a smooth and engaging program throughout the day.

The PE Day 2025 celebration successfully highlighted the importance of physical fitness, sports, dance, and nutrition—leaving students with joyful memories and a renewed commitment to a stronger, healthier, and happier lifestyle.
