On its second day of distribution, Notre Dame of Midsayap College, one of the institutions that received funding from this grant-in-aid program, with 1,209 current third- and fourth-year grantees, may now celebrate the end of its long wait.

The subsidy for the first semester of the academic year 2022–2023 was handed over to the students, along with their parents or legal guardians.

The TES release has resumed its previous procedure. Grantees must search for their surname at the ETD court to locate which station to proceed to and which window to obtain a copy of the memorandum of agreement. Following the examination of the documents, they headed to the student lounge areas, a venue where they submitted their papers, had them processed for approval and verification, and received slips to be submitted at the Primera Function Hall for the procedure's conclusion.

On the second day of the TES release, the following students were catered to:

Window 1 - 404 students

1st Batch: 7:30-9:30 Jamanulla-Leonen
2nd Batch: 9:30-11:30 Maniquis-Noroding
3rd Batch: 1:00-3:00 Pelias-Rondina
4th Batch: 3:00-5:00 Simblante-Torino

Window 2 - 805 students

1st Batch: 7:30-9:30 Lesondato-Manial
2nd Batch: 9:30-11:30 Nuevaespaña-Pedrosa
3rd Batch: 1:00-3:00 Roquero-Silvano
4th Batch: 3:00-5:00 Torio-Zerrudo

The students' faces show sheer joy the moment the subsidy is handed out. They may rest easy knowing that the school will be open and feel prepared for the second semester of the academic year 2022–2023.
