Digital Literacy and Health Promotion Orientation

The Department of Health – Center for Health Development SOCCSKSARGEN, in partnership with CHED Regional Office XII, held a three-day Digital Literacy and Health Promotion Orientation on July 23–25, 2025, at East Asia Royale Hotel, General Santos City, gathering NSTP-CWTS coordinators from across the region. Notre Dame of Midsayap College (NDMC) proudly took part in this milestone event.

Resource persons Arjohn C. Gangoso, RN, MPH (HPU Head) and Marvin S. Alagbay (CHED XII NSTP Focal Person) led sessions to enhance the capacity of instructors in communicating accurate health information and integrating digital health literacy into NSTP-CWTS programs. Participants created digital materials tackling real health issues and developed outreach integration plans.
