JHS Teacher Attends 2025 INSET for Values Education Teachers

Notre Dame of Tacurong College, Sultan Kudarat – From July 7 to 9, 2025, Junior High School teacher Teresita G. Arellano, LPT, participated in the 2025 In-Service Training (INSET) for JHS Values Education Teachers sponsored by PEAC. The three-day seminar carried the theme “Designing, Facilitating, and Assessing Student Learning of the Revised K-10 Curriculum in Blended Learning Environments Amid Disruptions” and gathered private school educators from Region XII and BARMM. Resource speakers Mr. Joven Palomata and Mr. Jaurus Pon-an led the sessions.

The training focused on aligning instructional design, curriculum mapping, and assessment practices with the Revised K-10 Curriculum to ensure the holistic formation of learners in flexible and blended learning environments. Teachers were tasked to prepare curriculum maps, craft learning plans, and evaluate these using the 2024 JHS Certification Assessment Instrument (CAI).
