NDMC Hosts Youth Leadership Camp 2025

On June 21–22, 2025, Notre Dame of Midsayap College (NDMC) held the Notre Dame Youth Leadership Camp (NYLC) 2025, bringing together student leaders from schools, universities, and barangays for a two-day formation program with the theme “Rooted and Ready: Balancing School, Service, and Self.”

The camp featured inspiring sessions on leadership balance, servant-leadership, teamwork, and health awareness, led by Jayde H. Ferolin, LPT, Philip Richard II Rusiana, LPT, Danilo L. Pagaduan, and May Antonette A. Abad, RN. Workshops and team-building activities strengthened participants’ leadership skills and promoted camaraderie and personal growth.

This initiative supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

  • SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being – through HIV and AIDS health education and youth awareness.
  • SDG 4: Quality Education – by providing leadership formation and values-based learning opportunities.
  • SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions – by developing responsible youth leaders committed to service and integrity.

NDMC continues to form faith-rooted, service-oriented leaders who are ready to lead with courage, balance, and integrity.
