CITE Students Showcase Innovation in SparkUp 2025 Culminating Pitching Event

The Technopreneurship 101 class under Engr. Ram Owen Savier J. Licayan, ECT, successfully held its culminating pitching activity, SparkUp 2025, on October 17, 2025. The event gathered Engineering students as they presented innovative, technology-driven solutions before a panel of experts. The program formally opened with an invocation, followed by the singing of the National Anthem, the Midsayap Hymn, and the Notre Dame Hymn.

The CHED Soccksargen Regional Assembly, Forum, and Election was held on September 26, 2025 at Notre Dame of Dadiangas University, General Santos City, bringing together deans and program heads from Business and Hospitality programs across Region XII. With the theme “Synergy in Education: Bridging Academia and Industry,” the event provided a collaborative platform to discuss curriculum reforms, industry expectations, and strategies to better equip graduates for a changing workforce.

The event gathered educators, policymakers, and industry partners to strengthen collaboration in human resource and skills development across Mindanao.

Notre Dame of Midsayap College (NDMC) and Caritas Manila officially launched the Youth Servant Leadership and Education Program (YSLEP) through a Memorandum of Agreement signing on August 29, 2025, at the Fr. Joseph Boyd Building AVR.

The first batch of 25 Youth Servant Leaders received educational scholarships, allowances, and leadership formation to support them until college graduation.

On August 23, 2025, NDMC representatives attended the Executive Development Summit at Savoy Hotel Manila, hosted by ADREM, which gathered leaders from education, business, and government sectors to advance discussions on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) policies.

The Pinning Ceremony marked a significant milestone for the pre-service teachers of Notre Dame of Midsayap College as they were officially sent off to their field study and practice teaching. Blessed by Fr. Anthony Vincent Benedict, OMI, School Chaplain, the symbolic pinning by parents represented support, trust, and the interns’ readiness to embrace their teaching vocation.
