What started with “What if?” three years ago has now become a trendsetting program between two nations, worthy of emulating.
The concept was the brainchild of Fr. Ronnie L. Torres, OMI – Deputy Director for Foreign Language of St. Nicholas School in Phitsanulok, Thailand. Fr. Torres proposed the idea to Fr. Jonathan R. Domingo, OMI – NDMC President, who in turn reciprocated the proposal with positivity and high regard.
The rest is history. The Visiting Student Program/ Cultural Exchange Program is now on its second year of implementation.
