To strengthen the institution’s safety measures and ensure readiness in times of natural disasters, Notre Dame of Midsayap College conducted an Emergency Preparedness Orientation for both College and IBED faculty on October 17, 2025, from 4:00 to 5:30 PM at the Primera Function Hall. The activity was hosted by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, headed by Engr. Ronniel D. Labio, PCpE, DIT, who also gave the opening remarks and introduction.

On August 23, 2025, NDMC representatives attended the Executive Development Summit at Savoy Hotel Manila, hosted by ADREM, which gathered leaders from education, business, and government sectors to advance discussions on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) policies.

Representing NDMC were Engr. Ronniel D. Labio, PCpE, DIT, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Mrs. Leodelyn V. Delosa, MSRED, Director for External Affairs.

IBED Holds Emergency Response 2025 Training for Teachers and Staff

To strengthen safety and disaster preparedness, the Integrated Basic Education Department (IBED) conducted a two-day training, “IBED Emergency Response 2025: Equipping Teachers and Staff in First Aid and Earthquake Safety,” on July 25–26, 2025. Sessions were held at Bulwagang Genoveva Deles Jaranilla (Day 1) and Primera Function Hall (Day 2), with active participation from Grade School, Junior High School, and Senior High School faculty and staff.

Science in Service of the Environment: A Student-Driven Mulberry Tree Initiative in Malamote, Midsayap

MALAMOTE, MIDSAYAP, COTABATO — Members and officers of the SciMasters Club, together with their moderators, gathered in Malamote, Midsayap, Cotabato, to carry out a tree-planting activity that reflects their shared commitment to environmental protection and sustainable community development. The activity formed part of the club’s continuing efforts to translate scientific knowledge and youth leadership into concrete action for the environment.
